It's pretty simple. 
Choose the Crossfit Category for either 40min Physio or 60min Massage. 

Both of these consults have a $20 discount applied to them for the months of Oct-Nov 2019

 

 

The CrossFit Games Open is the largest fitness competition in the world. This five-week, five-workout competition is held in CrossFit affiliates around the world and the workouts are released online each Thursday and the athletes will be given until Monday to submit their scores. Ages 14yo and above can join this competition.

To be in this competition you have to be in your best self. Physically and mentally. You need to make sure you are up to all the tasks or workout that the competition will give otherwise you wont reach your goal.

But do you squat Bro?

More importantly can you squat like a baby?

Any restriction in your ankle, knees, hips and back might be keeping you from your best self and effort.
